How to Create an Ideal Craft Hub Account

1. Review Ideal Craft Hub’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
2. Go to idealcrafthub.com and go to Sign in.
3. Fill out the form to register. Use your email address to create an account, or select Continue with Google, Continue with Facebook, or Continue with Apple.
4. Check your email inbox for confirmation email from [email protected] and follow the instructions to confirm your account.

If you don’t see a confirmation email

If you don’t see a confirmation email from Ideal Craft Hub:

• Check to make sure that it hasn't ended up in your spam or junk mail folder
• If you're using Gmail, check your Social and Promotions tabs
• Add [email protected] to your email contacts and try sending the confirmation again: Resend your confirmation email.

How to sign in to your new account

• Go to www.idealcrafthub.com and select Sign in.
• When you're ready, add a profile picture and fill out your bio on your Public Profile page.
• If you want to open a shop, select Open a shop at the bottom of the site.

Why can’t I create an account?

• Keep in mind you can check out as a guest instead of creating an account, if you want to purchase on Ideal Craft Hub.
• If you can’t create an account, it may be due to a firewall on your internet connection preventing access to certain websites and functions. For example, libraries, businesses, or public Wi-Fi may have restrictions on what you can do on their connection.
• Please try creating an account from a different internet connection, or, if you’re using a mobile device, try using your mobile data plan to access Ideal Craft Hub.
• If the problem persists, it's possible the email address won’t be able to be used to create an Ideal Craft Hub account.
• If that’s the case, you may be able to register with a different email address.

How to Remove an Item from Your Cart

To remove an item from your shopping cart:

• On idealcrafthub.com, go to your Cart.
• Select Remove under the item you want to remove from your cart.

To move items to the saved for later section of your cart instead of removing them entirely:

• Sign in to idealcrafthub.com or the Ideal Craft Hub app.
• Go to your Cart.
• Select Save for later under the desired item.
• An item in my cart was automatically saved for later

When you have an item in your cart for more than 30 days, we automatically move it to saved for later. To purchase this item, scroll to the bottom of your Cart and select Move to cart under the item.

How to Purchase an Item On Ideal Craft Hub

When you buy on Ideal Craft Hub, you're supporting a small business by purchasing directly from an individual shop. If you have a question about an item or order, ask the seller.

What if I need help finding the right item?

If you need a little help finding the best item, here are a few tips:

• Check Editors’ Picks and the Ideal Craft Hub Gift Guide for handpicked, vetted items.
• Filter search results by items on sale, shop location, color, and more.
• Check the shop’s reviews, policies, shipping times, and any badges to help guide your decision.

What if an item is unavailable?

• An item can be unavailable if it sold out, the seller’s shop is closed or temporarily on vacation, or the seller deactivated the listing.
• Check the seller’s shop page for a similar item or contact them to see if they can help you. They may have more of the item in stock, or if they’re temporarily away from their shop, they may be back soon.
• If all else fails, search Ideal Craft Hub for a similar item.

How do I check out on Ideal Craft Hub?

• You can quickly purchase one item using Buy it now on the listing.
• Choose Add to cart if you want to purchase more than one listing, apply a coupon code, add a note to the seller with instructions, or check This order is a gift to let the seller know to send a gift receipt that hides the order total. Some sellers also offer gift wrapping as an option during checkout.
• The seller may ask you to enter personalization on a listing. For instance, if you want an item engraved, you might be asked to provide the text in a Personalization field.

To purchase an item by adding it to your cart:

1. On the listing, choose Add to cart.
2. Choose your preferred payment method under How you’ll pay.
3. If needed, change the item quantity, add a note to the seller, apply a coupon code, or make other changes to the order.
4. Select Proceed to checkout.
5. If you’re signed in to your Ideal Craft Hub account, confirm your shipping address and payment details.

7. Review your order and select Place your order.

Download a digital item you purchased

• If you purchased a digital file that's available for instant download, you can download the file on your Purchases and reviews page. You’ll also receive a separate email with a download link.
• If you purchased as a guest, you'll find a download link in your email receipt. Learn more about downloading a digital item.
