The product is intended for digital download, for making your own paper Dragon.
The SVG files are present, but since I am not a Cricut user, I cannot test them in practice and guarantee that the parts are the correct size and do not contain other errors. Therefore, use them very carefully, but in any case you can inform me about any errors you find. For this model, you will need 17 sheets of thick paper: 1 sheet of green, 1 sheet of glossy black, 15 sheets of matte black.
In the PDF file you will find templates for printing on paper and easy step-by-step instructions for assembling the model. All you need is a printer, A4 paper, scissors and glue.
