WHAT TO DO:
Download this digital template and instructions,
Get some glue, scissors/craft knife, and 8 sheets of paper (+1 optional)- A4 or A3/ Letter or Tabloid (160-180 g / 110-120 lb). Another option is to print it on standard office paper and glue it on some scrap card board before cutting and scoring. Thickness of empty cereal box would be perfect.
Print, cut and glue together. If you don't have access to a printer at home, you can go to your local copy center, they have a wide range of colors and paper densities and will print your templates.
