Billy is a puppet that appears in all of the Saw films. He is used by John Kramer, Mark Hoffman, and Amanda Young to communicate with their victims via video and audio recordings. Billy most often appears on television, and sometimes "in person" to explain to the victims of Jigsaw's tests how the cruel traps work, as well as the rules that must be followed to help the subjects survive.
